Getting Help

Self-Service Resources

Check the Risk Dashboard

Many "my trade didn't execute" issues are explained in the Risk Dashboard. Look for:

  • Rejected trades with specific reasons

  • Resized trades (position was reduced to fit your limits)

Check Signal History

For TradingView issues, check the Signals page to see:

  • Was the signal received?

  • Was it matched to a subscription?

  • Was it executed or rejected?

Review Your Settings

Many issues come from risk settings being too restrictive. Check:

  • Max leverage — Is it high enough for your trading style?

  • Daily loss limit — Have you hit it today?

  • Max positions — Are you at your limit?

  • Subscription filters — Do they match your incoming signals?

Troubleshooting Steps

General Troubleshooting

  1. Refresh the page — Sometimes the dashboard needs a refresh to show updated data

  2. Check your wallet balance — Ensure you have sufficient margin

  3. Verify wallet connection — Make sure your Hyperliquid wallet is still connected

  4. Review the Risk Dashboard — Check for rejected or resized trades

  5. Try testnet first — Reproduce issues on testnet before investigating with real funds

For Copy Trading

  1. Check that you're still following the leader

  2. Verify the leader has made recent trades

  3. Check Risk Dashboard for blocked copy trades

  4. Ensure your wallet has free margin available

For Strategies

  1. Check that the strategy is set to Active

  2. Verify the entry conditions make sense for current market conditions

  3. Check Risk Dashboard for blocked strategy trades

  4. Run a backtest to verify the strategy logic works

For TradingView Signals

  1. Check the Signals page for incoming signal history

  2. Verify your webhook token and URL match

  3. Check your subscription filters

When Reporting an Issue

To get the fastest help, include:

  1. What you were trying to do — Which feature? What action?

  2. What happened — Error message, unexpected behavior, or nothing happened at all?

  3. What you expected — What should have happened instead?

  4. Screenshots — Dashboard screenshots showing the issue (Signals page, Risk Dashboard, etc.)
