Traditional copy trading platforms mirror a leader's dollar-amount position sizes. This is dangerous:

HyperSync calculates the risk percentage the leader is taking relative to their total equity, then applies that same percentage to your account. The result: proportional risk, not proportional dollars.
How It Works
Leader Risk % = Leader Position Value / Leader Account Equity
Your Position = Your Account Equity x Leader Risk % x Your Risk Multiplier
Example:
Leader equity: $500,000
Leader position: $10,000 (2% risk)
Your equity: $5,000
Your risk mult: 1.0x (default)
Your position: $5,000 x 2% x 1.0 = $100
2. Capital Safety First
Every trade — whether from copy trading, strategies, or signals — passes through the Risk Engine before execution. The engine checks:
Margin availability: Do you have enough free margin?
Leverage limit: Does this trade exceed your max allowed leverage?
Liquidation buffer: Is the estimated liquidation price at least 25% away?
Daily loss limit: Have you exceeded your daily loss threshold?
Max drawdown: Have you exceeded your maximum drawdown limit?
If any check fails, the trade is rejected and logged in the Risk Dashboard so you can see exactly why.
